About me

A presence before a method

I didn’t find hypnotherapy by accident.
I found it because, very early in my life, my body and nervous system started speaking before I had the words to understand them.

At 15 years old, I experienced hypnosis for the first time.
I was highly sensitive, overwhelmed by what I felt, without knowing how to contain it.
At 18, I developed a highway phobia not a rational fear, but a fear rooted in my body. A loss of control. A deep sense of unsafety.

Even then, something was clear to me:

The body holds memory, and the mind alone is not always enough.

Hypnotherapy as a return to self

Later in my adult life, I chose a career in public service.
I wanted to help. To protect. To make a difference.
But I quickly found myself facing an inner conflict wanting to serve others while feeling disconnected from myself, constrained by systems that didn’t always honor humanity, sensitivity, or nervous system regulation.

That tension brought me back to a fundamental question:

How do we feel safe in our body, in our choices, and in our lives?

This question guided me toward yoga, Reiki, and eventually hypnotherapy ; not as a quick fix, but as a space for deep reconnection.

Hypnotherapy helped me reconnect with something essential:
a sense of inner safety.

The ability to listen to myself.
To feel without getting lost.
To move through change without collapsing.

It supported me in transforming deep-rooted beliefs related to fear, hypervigilance, control, and the feeling that I always had to “hold it together.”

This personal journey led me to become a certified hypnotherapy practitioner, completing over 1,250 hours of professional training.
But more than certifications, it is my lived experience that shapes the way I work today.

My intention with you

I don’t believe in fixing people.
I deeply believe that you already carry everything you need within you.

My role is to help you reconnect with those inner resources.
To create a safe, grounded, and respectful space ; free of pressure.
A space where your body can soften, your nervous system can regulate, and something more aligned can naturally emerge.

Each session is unique.
We move together, at your pace, within a professional, supportive, and collaborative alliance.

If you’re here, it’s probably not by chance.
Maybe, like I once did, you feel that you understand a lot
yet something deeper is still asking to be met.

And if that’s the case, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
